What a charter is.
Some conversations belong in their own room. A charter has a name, its own radar of flights, and the Flyers who joined it. Everyone in a charter is a Flyer, never a "member".
"You already fly. A charter is not an upgrade, because there is nothing above where you are."
Public or private.
Public charters are open to anyone who wants in. Private charters take requests, and you decide who joins. Charter names follow the same rules as flights, so the list stays a place worth browsing.
The Drop.
The Drop is FLY(er)'s own charter for new music: smart links from Flyers land there first, so music has a home without crowding everyone's radar.
Blocking still works.
If you've blocked someone, their flights in a shared charter appear blurred with a tap to view anyway. Yours simply don't appear to them.
